About Yoetz.ai

The advisor that doesn't bill by the hour.

Yoetz (יועץ) means advisor in Hebrew. We named the platform after what it does — the technical analyst that should have always been part of running an enterprise HR system.

Origin

We built this because the alternative was insulting.

Enterprise HR tenant health checks have been mechanical for as long as platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM have existed. Read every security group. Map every business process step. List every integration, every calculated field, every condition rule. Cross-reference them. Flag the smells. Hand it back as a slide deck.

A senior consulting team will take six to eight weeks and charge between $50,000 and $150,000 to do exactly that. The work is real. The consultants are good. But the work itself has never needed a human at the keyboard.

We sat through enough of those engagements — on both sides of the table — to be certain. The output is a report. The report follows a pattern. The pattern is a script. So we wrote the script.

Yoetz.ai connects to your tenant with a read-only Integration System User and scans the configuration end to end. Most scans complete in under 2 hours — a typical enterprise tenant lands in 45–75 minutes.

We capture 100% of configuration findings automatically. The remaining gap versus a Big 4 engagement is stakeholder interviews and manual testing — which you can choose to do separately with a smaller consulting engagement using our report as the foundation.

Enterprise software should expose its own truth. You should not have to pay an army of people to read your own system back to you.

The single conviction Yoetz.ai is built on

How we operate

Six things we will not compromise on.

Read-only, always

We connect with an Integration System User scoped to read configuration metadata. We cannot write to your tenant. We will not ask you for permission to.

Findings, not vibes

Every finding cites the specific HR platform object, the rule that fired, the severity, and the remediation. No filler.

The administrator's tool

We are built for the person who will actually fix the finding. Technical depth first; the executive summary is a side effect.

Consultants are partners

Implementation firms make these platforms work. We make their first two weeks of discovery disappear so they can spend the engagement on strategy.

No employee data, ever

We read security groups, business processes, integrations, calculated fields, and reports. Never worker records. Nothing in the scan to leak.

Plain English, on purpose

If a finding can't be explained in two sentences a non-technical person could follow, we rewrite it. Jargon is a way of hiding.

For the record

What Yoetz.ai is not.

We are clear about scope. The closer you are to an enterprise HR program, the more this matters.

Not a replacement for your implementation partner.
They run the program. We give them — and you — a much faster read of where the tenant actually stands.
Not a vendor-managed product.
We are independent. Everything we report comes from public APIs and your tenant's own configuration.
Not a security scanner pretending to know HR.
The findings library was written by people who have run these programs at enterprise scale.
Not a black box.
Every finding shows the underlying object reference and the rule that triggered it. You can argue with us.
Who Yoetz.ai is for

Two audiences. Same problem.

Internal HR platform teams

You inherited the tenant.

Six implementations later, three RIFs, two consulting partners, and a backlog no one has the bandwidth to triage. You need to know what is broken before someone above you asks.

Consulting firms

You bill discovery. Stop billing discovery.

Compress two weeks of tenant assessment into a sub-2-hour read (typical enterprise tenant: 45–75 minutes; small tenants under 500 workers: as fast as 15 minutes) so your team can spend the engagement on the strategy your clients actually hired you for.

For consulting firms

One free scan. No card. Under 2 hours.

Connect a tenant, run the scan, read the findings. If we don't tell you something you didn't already know, you walk away.
